Congratulations, Dr. -Ing. Nadine Schrenker!
The PhD defence of GRK1896 member Nadine Schrenker took place on 13. Mar. 2020. With her systematic work “In situ Microscopy Study on the Mechanical Integrity of Flexible Silver Nanowire Electrodes”, she has been awarded the title Dr.-Ing.
Her PhD work at the heart of the GRK1896 program focused on the study of mechanical properties in particular failure modes of flexible silver nanowire electrodes, from single wire to coated thin films, using in situ microscopic approach. Along with the study she and her HiWis have developed the in situ mechanical test stage in the SEM and analysis routines with advanced image analysis algorithms.
Congratulations, Nadine!
