Activities
The GRK 1896 program offers various seminars and events in the field of micro- and nanometer scale characterization of materials by means of electrons, X-rays, and scanning probes. In order to achieve an efficient and intellectual communication, and thus, to promote a fruitful interconnectivity amongst each other, the regular weekly GRK 1896 seminar is a combination of talks from GRK members and invited scientists from various fields of expertise. Besides its extensive research activities, the GRK 1896 program offers the members to access state-of-the-art research facilities of the world, and to get insights on materials processing, characterization and application in todays modern nanotechnology.
